Mark ArlowWhen my mother decided to sell her home so that she could move to an assisted living community, my husband and I helped by interviewing different agents. We wanted to work with someone that would understand the urgency of the situation. My mother had occupied her home since it was first built, over fifty years ago, and it was a very sensitive situation which Mark took into consideration. When we realized that Mark was on the same page, we met and discussed how we would list our home. Jeanne Arlow JPGDear Jeanne, I think of you often, and want to let you know how much we appreciated your amazing help as we sold a home in Richmond Hill, and purchased one in Savannah. You would think that 2009 would not have been the time for real estate transactions, but thanks to you, we had a wonderful experience. We ended up getting a good price for the home in Richmond Hill, and finding a wonderful home in Savannah! At first, I thought that we might need two different realtors, because Richmond Hill was your area. As it turned out, though, you did a great job for us in Savannah! You were very patient with us as we changed our minds a couple of times, and when we even got “cold feet” at one point! Thank you so much. The Savannah home turned out to be just right, and the price was great. Paul is doing a great job with some renovations, and even put a wonderful garden out back. Who knew that he was such a handyman? Selling the home in Richmond Hill worked out well also. I especially appreciated all of the extra work that you did for us at the time of the closing. As you recall, I had several grandchildren visiting, and you did a lot of last minute running around for me. Jeanne, your services were above and beyond the call of duty. Mark ArlowMy experience working with Mark Arlow’s team was so fantastic that I’ve already referred many friends and coworkers! I stumbled upon Mark when a friend heard Glen Beck’s advertisement for Mark’s Guaranteed Sold Program. The ad says, “If Mark doesn’t live up to everything that he says he’s going to do, he lets you out of the contract free & clear… if he can’t sell your home for a price and deadline that you agree to, Mark is just going to pull out his checkbook and buy your home”. Mark didn’t have to buy our home because it sold six weeks after we first sat down with him! After listing our current home with Mark, we set out with Mark’s Lead Buyer Agent Veronica to find a new one. She and I both had our lists of homes to see; my future home was on both of our lists. We were able to close on our new home within a six week time period as well. Everyone on his team was great and very helpful! There isn’t anything they could have done better… 6 weeks to sell our old home and purchase a new one was amazing! – Shannon J
